About the role

As a Tooling & Equipment Project Engineer, you will collaborate with our expert team to implement robust machines and installations for optimal production. Your role focuses on safety, quality, environmental impact, and ergonomics, providing autonomy to innovate and improve how we operate. You'll have opportunities to expand your expertise with the guidance of experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead electro-mechanical tooling and equipment projects from conception to completion, setting technical specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, working with suppliers to create sustainable solutions, and ensuring timely project delivery.

• You will manage a smooth project handover, ensuring all documentation is complete.

• Staying ahead of technological advancements, you'll continuously improve processes and prioritize safety and quality cases in cross-departmental collaboration.

What we're looking for

We seek a skilled engineer ready to tackle complex technical challenges with experience in project settings. Ideal candidates are:

• Engineering degree holders or equivalent by experience.

• Proficient in solving complex technical issues across various domains.

• Experienced in supplier collaboration with proven success stories.

• Energized by cross-functional collaboration and working toward deadlines.

• Customer-oriented, communicative, fluent in Dutch and English.

• Team player who collaborates closely within and across teams.

• Detail-oriented, structured, and adept at technical analysis.
