Project Lead

As a Project Lead, you will steer pivotal projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful deployment and administrative closure.

About the role

You will define, study, and design projects, and ensure their execution until commissioning and administrative closure. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to draft initial designs, and establish budgets and project planning considering required and available resources.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for defining, studying, and designing projects, and for ensuring their execution up to commissioning and administrative closure.

• Develop preliminary designs, prepare project budgets, and define planning while considering required and available resources.

• Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting to team leads.

• Contribute to the preparation of tender documents and participate in the procurement process.

• Lead and coordinate on-site project execution in collaboration with the relevant entities (suppliers, contractors, etc.).

What we're looking for

We are seeking candidates who are civil or industrial engineers in electrotechnology or electromechanics, with:

• First experience in project management (recent graduates also welcome).

• Knowledge of High Voltage systems.

• Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational talent.

• Fluent and assertive communicator who is client-oriented, values team spirit, and is resourceful.

• Native level Dutch.
