Project Lead – Electrical Infrastructure

About the role

As a Project Leader, you will collaborate on strategic electrical infrastructure projects ranging from 36 kV to 380 kV. This pivotal role involves active participation from the project's definition phase to its closure, ensuring technical excellence and smooth execution throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end project involvement, from definition to final closure, including project scoping, studies, design, execution follow-up, and administrative close-out

• Lead and supervise technical studies, ensuring quality and feasibility

• Perform technical calculations and develop, manage, and monitor project budgets and schedules, aligned with resource availability and customer requirements

• Prepare tender and procurement documentation and actively participate in the purchasing process

• Lead and coordinate on-site execution, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and customers

• Ensure clear communication and reporting, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and milestones

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience with a strong technical interest

• 2–5 years of experience in project management and/or site supervision

• Strong interest in the energy sector

• High sense of responsibility with excellent organisational skills

• Clear, assertive communicator with a customer-focused mindset

• Strong team player, combining collaboration with creativity and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in French and (good) understanding of Dutch
