Project Leader Cables

About the role

As a Project Leader for Cables Service, you will oversee complex technical projects in West-East Flanders and Flemish Brabant. You will play a crucial role in defining, studying, and designing projects to guarantee smooth execution and closure.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical studies and provide execution guidance.

• Perform calculations, develop, and monitor budgets and project planning, considering client needs and available resources.

• Develop tender dossiers and engage in the procurement process.

• Lead and coordinate on-site project execution with staff, suppliers, contractors, and clients.

• Communicate and report on the project's progress, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in electrical engineering, electromechanics, or equivalent experience.

• Strong interest in technology and project management/field supervision experience is a plus.

• Keen interest in the energy sector.

• Strong sense of responsibility, organizational talent, and communication skills.

• Client-oriented with a friendly assertiveness and teamwork spirit, and a knack for creativity.

• Native in Dutch, with a good understanding of French as an asset.
