Project Management Officer

About the role

As PMO, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the actions of the Project Management team covering different domain(s) of Bid/Project Management.

Key responsibilities

• Support Project Manager(s) in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.

• Assist with scheduling and resource allocation to meet project milestones.

• Participate in progress and review meetings to capture key project information.

• Analyze project performance data, including revenues, milestones, cash flow, actuals, and EAC.

• Contribute to process improvements by incorporating lessons learned into project practices.

• Provide support to the Project Manager by managing, organizing, and maintaining complete and accessible project documentation.

• Maintain and support PMO tools for enhanced project execution.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or law.

• A first experience as a PMO or in a similar role within an international, technical setting.

• Strong analytical, autonomous, and rigorous skills with an innovation mindset.

• Ability to synthesize and present data effectively.

• Good knowledge of MS Suite (Excel), with knowledge of Microsoft Project, PowerBI, or Sharepoint being advantageous.

• Fluency in both French and English.
