Project Management Officer

About the role

You’re going to be responsible for managing and coordinating the actions of the Project Management Office, covering different domains of Bid/Project Management. This role involves implementing a PMO structure, assisting project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring, and ensuring satisfaction of different internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a structure to assist project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.

• Support scheduling and resource allocation for projects.

• Participate in progress meetings and bid and project reviews to capture relevant information.

• Produce and analyse data related to revenues, milestones, cashflow, and estimated completion.

• Ensure project documentation is completed, stored, and accessible.

• Implement, maintain, and support the use of PMO tools.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, or laws.

• 5+ years of experience as a PMO.

• Ability to consolidate and translate data.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Suite and knowledge in tools such as Microsoft Project, PowerBI, SharePoint, and PPM tools.

• Fluent in both French and English.
