Project Manager

Our client, a highly specialized tactical and technical support unit, is seeking a motivated Project Manager.

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will lead technical teams and coordinate stakeholders for technology integration and software development. In this role, you'll also steer projects using the Agile Scrum method, manage tasks, and support internal deployment of the projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical teams and coordinate stakeholders.

• Manage projects following Agile Scrum methodology, including planning and prioritization.

• Act as a technical reference for architecture, infrastructure, and DevOps.

• Collaborate with management on key decisions.

• Supervise the deployment and propose technical improvements.

• Manage functional analysis and translation to technical specifications, design wireframes, organize user workshops, and oversee development.

• Validate development through rigorous testing and manage DevOps deployments.

What we're looking for

We seek a proactive leader with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science and significant experience in IT team management and solution design. Candidates should also be skilled in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, and possess strong leadership abilities. Therefore you’re also:

• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

• Adaptable management style to suit diverse teams.

• Proficiency in priority management and adaptability.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Experience with Jira, Gitlab, Figma, XD, Illustrator.

• Experience in digital transformation projects.
