Project Manager

Join VeroTech as a Project Manager and drive innovation in the engineering world. We seek a medior/senior profile with a proven track record in project management, specifically within engineering projects.

About the role

Managed by the Project Engineering department, you'll take technical industrial projects from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope in consultation with the client, identifying constraints such as budget and timeline.

• Maintain ongoing client engagement throughout the project to capture, assess, and implement approved scope changes.

• Prepare technical specifications and tender documents for orders, engineering firms, and contractors.

• Select and onboard external partners, including orders, engineering firms, contractors, and specialized resources, such as designers or outsourced project components.

• Lead and assemble the project team, providing direction and oversight to all internal and external resources.

• Oversee the technical design of the entire project, ensuring alignment with objectives and standards.

• Monitor project progress and resources continuously, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.

• Report regularly to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.

What we’re looking for

• You are an engineer with a minimum of 5 years professional experience and already managed industrial projects.

• You have a broad general knowledge of the different disciplines: (Electro)Mechanics, Chemistry, Electricity, Piping, Civil, …

• Knowledge and application of all common project management aspects.

• Academic thinking level (analytical but also helicopter view).

• You can manage and coach a team.

• Dutch native and fluent in English.

• VCA-VOL certification.
