About the role

As a Project Manager, you oversee the implementation and manufacturing of key linac components and coordinate contributions from various partners. You manage project planning, ensure all requirements are met, and develop strategies for successful installation and commissioning phases of the MYRRHA accelerator.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and manufacturing of CH Cavities, including RF components.

- Coordinate technical contributions from national and international partners.

- Manage planning activities for full Acceptance Testing on MINERVA Cryomodules.

- Develop installation and commissioning strategies for the MYRRHA accelerator.

- Collaborate and empower ATS team members.

What we're looking for

We seek a professional with strong background in engineering or physical sciences with over 10 years of project management experience in high-tech, international environments.

• Familiarity with particle accelerators or accelerator physics is an asset.

• Master’s degree in engineering or physical sciences.

• Extensive experience in managing high-tech projects internationally.

• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Organized, adaptable, with strategic vision and a positive, motivating attitude.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% internationally.
