Project Manager - Application Outsourcing

we are looking for a Project Manager - Application Outsourcing to lead a complex transition and transformation project for one of our clients in the financial services sector. You will coordinate multiple sub-projects, working closely with internal ICT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timing.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of the project from planning to execution

• Define project structure, scope, timeline, and critical deliverables

• Ensure high-quality execution and tracking of progress against plans

• Keep the Transition Manager and stakeholders informed through structured reporting

• Coordinate effectively with third-party suppliers and internal teams

• Apply project governance standards in line with the client’s PMO framework

• Proactively assess risks and develop mitigation plans

• Ensure alignment across technical and business stakeholders throughout the transition

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in complex IT transitions

• Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders

• Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, PlanView, etc.)

• Proven ability to deliver on time and within budget while managing scope and risks

• Autonomous, structured, and solution-driven mindset

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Experience in outsourcing contexts is a strong asset
