About the role
In this pivotal role, you will define and maintain a comprehensive project plan encompassing deliverables, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and a testing strategy. Your expertise ensures projects are executed to standard, maintaining thorough quality gating and testing pre go-live. You will support infrastructure setup and hardware integration by coordinating, motivating, and leading cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination: Define and manage project scope, timeline, resources, risks, dependencies, and testing. Ensure quality standards, go-live readiness, and coordination of cross-functional teams (infrastructure & hardware).
Infrastructure & Setup: Oversee ICT environment configuration, monitoring, L&G hardware installation, NTP synchronization, risk mitigation, and troubleshooting during implementation.
Access & Operations: Manage access rights in line with IT security policies. Set up support model (roles, SLAs, escalation), coordinate changes, and ensure training and documentation.
Governance & Reporting: Organize project governance and steering committees. Report on progress, budget, risks, and key decisions.
Handover & SPOC: Ensure operational readiness, smooth transition to support teams, and act as primary ICT contact for the equipment team.
Job requirements
What we're looking for
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
At least one year of experience in infrastructure or hardware integration projects, ideally in an industrial context.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, SAFe).
Organizational and coordination skills, bridging both business and technical stakeholders.
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerApps, OneDrive, …); experience with Azure DevOps or similar project tracking tools is an advantage.
Experience in L&G hardware integration and operational support models.
Fluency in English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.
