Project Manager MJOP - Senior

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at VeroTech, you craft and manage MJOPs, ensuring the seamless execution of civil projects through strategic identification, analysis, and transformation of maintenance opportunities into actionable project proposals. You'll engage in stakeholder discussions, align planning phases, handle impact assessment, and maintain operational continuity without production halts.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate with designers, site managers, contractors, and internal clients

- Critically evaluate long-term sustainability solutions, dust management, expandability, and maintenance ease

- Manage risk, conduct function and structure analysis, and report findings

- Support internal users through minor repairs and interventions

- Provide strategic advice on CAPEX projects and maintenance investments

What we're looking for

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with:

- An engineering degree (industrial or civil)

- At least 7 years in industrial project management

- Experience on industrial sites, including concrete, steel, load-bearing structures, and spans

- Knowledge of MJOP or a proven willingness to learn quickly

- Strong technical insight and organizational skills

- Asset management and change management experience
