As a Project Manager in the Semiconductor & Electronics sector, you will oversee multiple cross-functional and innovative projects, ensuring alignment across teams, operations, and third-party vendors. About the role

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of diverse projects in a high-tech environment, working closely with engineering, QA, and support teams. You will implement and refine project management strategies, evaluate progress, manage communication flows, and ensure optimal resource allocation while keeping up with emerging methodologies and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and manage full project lifecycle activities across multiple concurrent projects

• Develop and execute strategic project management programs and internal communication strategies

• Define realistic goals and build the roadmap to achieve them

• Coach, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution

• Identify and allocate internal and external resources required for project success

• Monitor project progress, detect risks or issues early, and implement corrective actions

• Use the latest tools and techniques to enhance productivity and team performance

• Track and report on project milestones, budgets, and timelines

• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal QA/test groups

• Contribute to the system design and implementation process

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking a motivated leader with a passion for recruitment and team management. Here’s what we need:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a tech-driven environment

• Strong background in managing outsourced QA/test resources, including globally distributed teams

• Solid understanding of client-server architecture, especially .Net/Windows environments

• Familiarity with ISO standards, Common Criteria, legal aspects of software development, and licensing

• Proven collaboration with Engineering teams (CI/CD, configuration, deployment)

• Full lifecycle software development experience

• Strong Agile methodology knowledge; coaching/mentoring experience is a plus

• Proficient with MS Project, MS Office, and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, TFS)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
