About the role

Work within our innovative Test Center department focusing on automatic, hybrid, and electric powertrains. As a Project Test Coordinator, you lead the testing discipline, being the single point of contact for extended test plans while ensuring agreed milestones are met.

Key responsibilities

- Lead as the project leader within the testing discipline, focusing on new DCT transmissions.

- Serve as a single point of contact for extended test plans, ensuring milestones are achieved.

- Manage and justify necessary resources, including personnel and test benches, to adhere to test plans and timelines.

- Work autonomously to unblock issues hindering progress.

- Regularly report on test progress.

- Collaborate closely with internal departments like hardware & software engineering, project management, and external partners.

- Actively participate in innovative projects.

- Report to the Team Leader of Test Center Support.

What we're looking for

We seek an engineering professional with a degree in industrial, electromechanical, or mechanical fields or equivalent experience.

- Familiarity with the automotive product creation process.

- Excellent project management skills.

- Independent, perseverant, and systematic with a goal-oriented and analytical mindset.

- Strong communicator with excellent English proficiency.

- Proficient in teamwork and reporting knowledge and results.

- Advantageous to have transmission knowledge.

- Valuable to have expertise in automotive testing and facilities.

- Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch.
