About the role

As a Proposal Engineer, the role is responsible for analyzing project specifications, developing comprehensive bid strategies, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality proposals. Expertise in this position supports clients’ unique requirements across various sectors by leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications, assess feasibility, and identify key risks or sensitive points.

• Identify technical and commercial risks and opportunities, and define appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Conduct market studies on sector related programs, available technologies, and potential suppliers.

• Coordinate and monitor bid preparation with different teams

• Assist in preparing commercial and technical negotiations.

• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and external partners to ensure continuity and alignment.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of technical expertise combined with commercial/financial acumen.

• Experience in engineering, business, or a similar field.

• Technical knowledge to comprehend the complexity of our products.

• Legal and commercial understanding, including contractual and financial conditions

• Thorough knowledge of IT tools, especially Office 2007 and MS Project.

• Knowledge of Baan and/or SAP is an asset.

• Autonomy, sound judgment, and sense of responsibility.

• Knowledge of French and English.
