QA - Test Engineer

About the role

This position focuses on developing and executing automated test scripts and strategies to ensure our applications deliver the highest quality standards. You'll perform various testing types, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT, while working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for portal and CRM applications.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools such as Jira/ADO.

• Collaborate with other systems and teams to identify system impacts and ensure seamless integration.

• Conduct API testing and backend validation as needed.

• Continuously improve QA processes and testing methodologies.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in QA/testing for web applications and CRM systems.

• Experience with CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.

• Proficiency in test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira & Azure DevOps).

• Strong knowledge of SQL and API testing.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Experience with test automation tools.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, Vue, TypeScript, and RESTful API development.

• Experience with event-driven architecture and message brokers such as Apache Kafka.
