Quality Management System Coordinator

About the role

The Quality Management System Coordinator will assume both administrative and managerial responsibilities to enhance the quality systems within our operations. Positioned within our dynamic team located in Tubize and Herstal, this role involves coordinating, promoting, and optimizing the management system, with a focus on sustainability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate the network of various participants in the Management System.

- Administer and manage Management System publications and related tools.

- Promote the management system, ensuring widespread understanding and providing necessary support to users and process managers.

- Measure effectiveness and adherence to the governance of the Management System and certification policy.

- Manage existing quality certifications and approvals, acting as a liaison for quality standards.

- Conduct and manage internal audits and prepare comprehensive audit reports.

- Ensure compliance with internal standards and external certification requirements.

- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality.

- Provide training and support to staff on QMS procedures and quality standards.

What we're looking for

We seek an experienced Quality Management System professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and embraces a culture of continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a Quality Management System.

- In-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.

- Proficient in using quality management software and MS Office Suite. - Fluent in French and English, with native or bilingual proficiency.
