About the role

As an R&D Engineer, you will be at the forefront of lithography process development. You will be responsible for analyzing requests and designing and executing experimental plans in the cleanroom. Your role will involve closely collaborating with integration, etch, and CMP engineering teams to ensure the successful integration of overlay control.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and discussing lithography process development requests.

• Designing and executing experimental plans in the cleanroom.

• Analyzing and interpreting experimental results, like overlay performance and data.

• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams.

• Generating reports and presenting findings.

• Troubleshooting and resolving overlay measurement tool issues.

What we're looking for

We are seeking a motivated R&D Engineer with a sense of initial, who wants to lead innovative lithography processing in a multidisciplinary setting. Ideally you have:

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Physics or Nanotech with at least 3 years of working experience in a microfabrication context.

• Prior experience with the lithography process is a must have.

• Experience in the design of experiments.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently.

• Proficiency in English.
