R&D Process Assistant

About the role

As an R&D Process Assistant, you will work primarily in a high-tech cleanroom environment, playing a crucial role in installing lithography materials and executing processes based on request from other teams. You will be key in gathering and interpreting data to support innovative projects, both for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to advanced patterning programs that stand at the forefront of microfabrication.

• Ensure precise execution of R&D processes in a highly controlled environment, adhering to safety regulations.

• Process data and present your findings in clear, detailed reports to support the new cutting egde patterning program.

• perform thin film characterization with advanced techniques like ellipsometry, contact angel, microscopy and defectivity testing.

What we're looking for

We seek a motivated engineer who is eager to learn about the lithography techniques. Ideally you have:

• Master’s degree in Chemistry or Material Sciences, with relevant (study) experience in microfabrication or lithography.

• Strong communication skills, especially in an international and dynamic team environment.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to working accurately.

• A collaborative team player who can also plan and organize work independently.
