SAP Project Manager

About the role

As a SAP Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining, coordinating, and implementing projects effectively. You'll develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate with diverse teams, and manage ICT vendors to ensure seamless project execution across global locations while adhering to the SAP S4 template.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning & execution, ensuring timeliness and quality in deliverables.

• Define and implement rollout strategies across different countries with detailed plans.

• Ensure template governance while balancing standardization and localization.

• Manage vendor relations to align with project goals.

• Facilitate governance, reporting, and steering committee coordination.

• Drive execution excellence through quality standards and risk mitigation.

• Lead change management initiatives for successful solution adoption.

• Ensure thorough knowledge transfer for seamless operational handover. Serve as a single point of contact for all project stakeholders.

What we're looking for

We're seeking an experienced, motivated leader with:

• A master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 8 years' experience in project management, particularly in complex environments.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, PRINCE2, SAFe).

• SAP module experience (Finance, HR SuccessFactors, Procurement, etc.) is a strong asset.

• A collaborative mindset, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
