Scrum Master

With team members based in Belgium and Taiwan, you will play a crucial role in coordinating efforts with IT, the Security office, and R&D management to drive innovation and efficiency.

About the role

As a Scrum Master, you will guide the team in becoming self-organized, ensuring the smooth removal of impediments to progress. Your role will involve facilitating meetings such as standups, refinements, and retrospectives to maintain productivity and prioritization, and ensuring that all processes, like the Definition of Done, are adhered to. You will assist the product owner in setting priorities effectively.

• Lead a team focused on DevOps, infrastructure, and security.

• Ensure removal of impediments to progress.

• Facilitate meetings such as standups, refinements, and retrospectives to maintain productivity.

• Set priorities with Product Owner

What we're looking for

We're seeking a proactive leader with a hands-on approach and the ability to provide guidance and inspire the team. Independence is key, especially in dealing with IT and stakeholders.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role

• Hands-on mentality - Strong advisory skills for team leadership - Independence in stakeholder interactions - Experience in product security and cybersecurity - Knowledge of DevOps and (product/cyber) security

• English proficiency
