About the role

As the Scrum Master, you will lead Agile-related meetings such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Reviews/Retrospectives. You'll manage the operations, ensuring roadblocks are efficiently removed, and report directly to Control Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and review sprint activities tracked in JIRA.

• Oversee daily stand-ups and resolve operational challenges.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Controls Manager on software release plans.

• Support Change Control Board discussions to maintain project timelines.

• Facilitate communication between teams for optimal resource alignment.

• Initiate process improvements to boost team efficiency.

What we're looking for

• A Master's in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.

• Experience or affinity with Controls development.

• High sense of urgency and prioritization skills.

• Inspiration and motivation capabilities for team members.

• Pragmatic approach to overcoming roadblocks.

• Accurate reporting and clear communication skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch and French are a plus.
