Senior Functional Analyst

As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will join our product team and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will engage with stakeholders across the board and ensure delivery excellence by driving the user story process from inception to completion.

About the role

In this role, you take full ownership of user stories, ensuring they are refined, prioritized, and validated through clear collaboration with both product management and development teams. By engaging closely with stakeholders, you define and validate user stories, ensuring they fully align with the project objectives and acceptance criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the refinement of EPICs into user stories and prioritize them effectively.

• Collaborate closely with the product manager for precise user story writing and validation.

• Engage with the DEV-team for user story refinement to ensure seamless integration.

• Conduct thorough validation of developed stories against acceptance criteria.

What we're looking for

We seek a seasoned Functional Analyst who excels in communication and technical alignment.

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, with at least 2 years at a senior level.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Technical proficiency with Rest API, Swagger, event-driven architecture.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence.

• Proficient in UML diagrams and data modeling.

• Ability to create wireframes using Figma, following best UX design practices.
