Senior Functional Analyst

As a senior functional analyst at VeroTech, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. Utilize your expertise in Agile methodologies and functional analysis to drive successful project outcomes.

About the role

In this role, you will guide teams in defining and implementing robust solutions to complex business challenges. You'll harness your skills in user story writing, story mapping, and maintaining functional documentation to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting user stories and conducting story mapping exercises

• Leading Scrum ceremonies

• Monitoring the development cycle and managing releases

• Maintaining functional documentation

• Coordinating stakeholders and managing incident resolutions

• Providing agile leadership and team support

• Simplifying business requirements for technical teams

What we're looking for

We seek a candidate with a strong analytical mind and expertise in functional analysis, who can lead and inspire teams towards achieving project goals. You should be able to navigate complex technical environments and articulate business needs with clarity. Your competences should include:

• Fluency in Dutch, English, and French
