About the role
In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of our product's longevity and performance. With some electronic components becoming obsolete, your innovative thinking will lead you to find replacement components and redesign hardware when necessary. Your skill set will be further utilized in the hardware bring-up and validation processes, ensuring our product continues to meet the highest standards.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and validate advanced electronic hardware for high-reliability systems.
Identify and replace obsolete components, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Redesign and upgrade hardware architectures to integrate next-generation technologies and enhance performance.
Lead hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation.
Evaluate and qualify new components and technologies.
Support documentation, configuration management, and design reviews in line with project requirements.
Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the team.
Job requirements
What we're looking for
A passionate engineer with a knack for problem-solving and a keen interest in defence technologies. We are seeking:
Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in hardware design and validation, with knowledge of power electronics.
Experience with defence, aerospace, or industrial standards.
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary project teams.
Strong communication skills in both French and English.
