About the role

Your proactive approach will drive risk management and mitigation, supporting the development of strategic remediation paths.

Key responsibilities

• Enable meetings and ceremonies, applying consistent drumbeat techniques

• Identify risks and formulate remediation/mitigation strategies

• Conduct in-depth analyses on specific topics and manage cross-organization dependencies

• Organize and facilitate workshops when necessary

• Produce executive-level documentation and support material for steering committees and governance bodies

• Report recurrently or on demand regarding progress and risks

• Maintain and update specific tooling like JIRA rigorously

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in supporting large IT replatforming projects

• Deep understanding of business processes within operational transformation

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Ability to produce high-quality executive documentation

• Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA

• Strategic thinking and risk management abilities

• Fluent trilingual capability in French, Dutch, and English
