(Senior) PMO Officer

Join VeroTech's team as a Senior PMO Officer, where you will provide essential support to the Technology and Trade Compliance (TTC) department. This role involves strategic project management and ensures smooth department operations.

About the role

As a Senior PMO Officer, the role involves maintaining a structured and consolidated overview of all ongoing requests within the department. Responsibilities include preparing meetings, tracking project progress, and performing quality checks on documentation to ensure high standards in project plans and reports. The position also entails creating presentation materials, identifying project anomalies, and collaborating with Finance and HR to coordinate staffing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project meetings, including agendas and presentations.

• Track project progress and coordinate with team members.

• Perform quality checks on documentation.

• Create slides and reporting materials from stakeholder input.

• Identify and escalate project anomalies.

• Help shape and define your role further based on evolving needs.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an operational PMO Officer.

• Proficient in project governance frameworks.

• Familiarity with MS Planner or other project management tools.

• Skilled in reporting and KPI dashboards.

• Trade Compliance knowledge is a plus.

• Understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
