Senior Program Manager

About the role

As a Senior Program Manager, you will take charge of a high-impact project aimed at creating new industrial capacities. Your leadership will be essential in shaping, developing, and executing strategies that align with our organizational objectives and include setting project targets, defining baselines, and managing stakeholder interactions.

Key responsibilities

- Update project objectives and set targets in accordance with our company's strategy.

- Plan the different milestones of the project in order to reach the objectives, including the definition of the project baseline (WBS; OBS; risk register; cost baseline, etc.).

- Monitor the progress within the different work packages and report to management on progress, risks & opportunities, financial situations and forecasts.

- Control and adjust the project trajectory as needed.

- Manage various stakeholders, both internal and external.

- Conduct project milestone reviews, project kickoff, and project closure.

- Create clear project reports covering progress, risks & opportunities, financial status, and schedules.

What we're looking for

We seek for a dynamic leader with a robust background in infrastructure management and project leadership, particularly in new construction scenarios.

- Proven experience in constructing new industrial facilities.

- Expertise in civil engineering and handling industrial equipment.

- Proficiency in English and French.

- Authorization to work in the EU (Nato Nationality).
