Senior Program Manager – Transformation in Controlling & Infrastructure

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead a transformative portfolio aimed at improving cost control, performance tracking, and transparency in large-scale infrastructure projects. You’ll align strategic goals with operational execution, driving transversal initiatives with a strong digital and stakeholder focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver a pragmatic and impactful transformation roadmap.

• Steer a CAPEX portfolio with cost transparency and reduction as core goals.

• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate digital tools and methodologies.

• Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure program alignment.

• Lead and coordinate transversal project teams and stream leaders.

• Set up and chair strategic committees and governance bodies.

• Drive the change management component: storytelling, communication, impact analysis.

• Ensure effective reporting and risk management across all workstreams.

Service Objectives Include:

• Refining cost estimation and pricing methods (e.g. index-based contracts).

• Improving transparency of project cost evolution.

• Tracking performance KPIs and enabling structural cost savings.

Your Profile:

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in complex environments.

• Degree in engineering (industrial, commercial, civil) or equivalent.

• Experience in controlling or infrastructure project management is a plus.

• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.

• Affinity with digitalisation, IT collaboration and transformation programs.

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

• Autonomous, structured, and proactive in decision-making and execution.
