Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our adventure! As a leader in technical projects, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovative engineering solutions from start to completion.

About the role

You’ll work across a diverse portfolio that includes production facilities, infrastructure, and R&D initiatives, spanning multiple disciplines. The projects vary in scope and stage, some are in the exciting start-up phase, while others are already underway, giving you the chance to shape new ideas and optimize ongoing projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact across different areas of industrial innovation.

Key responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you responsibilities include:

• Defining project scope in collaboration with the client: clearly establishing deliverables and setting constraints, including budget and timelines.

• Building and leading your project team, guiding them to achieve objectives.

• Overseeing the technical design of the entire project.

• Preparing specifications and tender documents for orders, engineering firms, and contractors—both internal and external.

• Selecting partners and resources, including engineering firms, contractors, designers, and outsourced components.

• Directing and monitoring all resources throughout the project.

• Maintaining continuous client engagement, capturing changes, and implementing agreed-upon adjustments.

• Reporting to stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned on progress, risks, and outcomes.

What we're looking for

• An Engineer with minimum 10 years of professional experience.

• At least 7 years in leading technical industrial projects.

• Proficiency in Electromechanics is preferred (knowledge of other disciplines such as chemistry are a plus).

• Strong project management skills with an analytical mindset.

• Excellent team player with strong communication skills.

• VCA-VOL certification.

• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
