About the role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle management. This includes defining the project scope in consultation with clients, setting deliverables, constraints, and budgets. You'll assemble and lead project teams, oversee the technical design, and prepare specifications and tender documents. Your role also involves selecting and coordinating with engineering firms and contractors and maintaining client communications to manage any changes.

- Preparing and managing specifications and tender documents.

- Selecting and collaborating with external resources.

- Directing and monitoring all project resources.

- Maintaining client communication and implementing scope changes.

- Reporting to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

We seek an experienced professional with robust project management expertise in an industrial setting.

- Minimum 10 years of experience as a project manager for industrial projects.

- At least 7 years as a (Project) Engineer in fields like mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.

- Technical knowledge across disciplines like electromechanics and chemistry.

- Mandatory experience in the process industry.

- Proficient in MS Project and all project management aspects.

- Strong analytical and administrative skills.

- Initiative-taker with excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

- A team-oriented communicator with a passion for technology, engineering, and management.
