About the role
As an Talent Acquisition Expert, you are not only manage the full recruitment process but also guide and mentor junior recruiters. You work with the best engineering talent and help place them in innovative R&D projects across various high-tech industries. In this role, you combine your expertise with leadership, contributing to the success of the team and the company.
Key responsibilities:
Mentor and guide: Support junior recruiters, offering guidance, training, and coaching to help them succeed.
Write compelling vacancies: Create engaging job postings to attract top engineering talent.
Source and screen candidates: Actively search for candidates using diverse channels and conduct detailed interviews.
Lead the recruitment process: Oversee technical tests, screenings, and negotiations to ensure a smooth and effective process.
Collaborate with teams: Work closely with Talent Acquisition and business teams to align recruitment strategies.
Build strong networks: Maintain relationships with top talent and stay up-to-date with market trends.
Optimize processes: Contribute to improving recruitment methods and strategies.
Job requirements
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced professional ready to lead and inspire. Here’s what we need:
Educational background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
Recruitment expertise: At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on technology or engineering.
Leadership skills: Experience mentoring or managing colleagues is a strong plus.
Proactive and results-oriented: A self-starter with a drive to achieve goals and improve processes.
Excellent communicator: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with candidates and colleagues.
Language skills: Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
Passion for technology: A genuine interest in engineering and R&D industries.
