Service Delivery Manager

About the role

As Service Delivery Manager, you will be the link between our client Service Management and Unit T teams, which involves about 160 technicians via partners/subcontractors. Your role involves setting up and overseeing partner governance, including service, financial, and contractual aspects. This includes daily follow-up on SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance monitoring using data and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and monitor partner governance (service, financial, contractual).

• Daily follow-up on SLAs, KPIs, and operational performances.

• Monitor, analyze, and report service delivery outputs through data & dashboards.

• Ensure proper budget, cost structures, and contractual agreement oversight.

• Identify risks/issues and escalate timely with follow-up actions.

• Guide continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

• Translate data insights into concrete actions and improvement plans.

• Prepare and lead service review meetings.

• Ensure correct implementation and follow-up of deliverables within the Unit T vested agreement.

What we're looking for

• We are seeking a candidate with a master's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar fields (preferred).

• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Service Delivery Management - partner-driven operations such as telecom, utilities, or other field operations is required.

• Proven experience in SLA/KPI design, service delivery governance, and vendor/contract management.

• Strong financial and analytical skills (budget management, data reporting, Power BI/Excel).

• Knowledge and application of ITIL/ITSM principles.

• Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, process optimization).

• Strong stakeholder management at all levels (engineers to leadership).

• Proactive, hands-on mentality and independence.

• Fluent communication in Dutch & English.

• Knowledge or experience with Fiber/OSP operations.

• Experience with vested partnerships and complex outsourcing models.

• Experience with operational governance within multi-partner ecosystems.

• Familiarity with telecom field operations and KPI drivers (e.g., OTD, RFT, MTTR).
