About the role

You are part of a team committed to shaping the future of high-speed networks. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will bridge the gap between our projects and partners, leveraging your strategic thinking and communication skills to optimize processes, manage relationships, and ensure successful project implementations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen strategic partner and stakeholder relationships. Translate partner needs into concrete operational and strategic actions

  • Represent our client in partner meetings, municipal discussions, and political contexts

  • Lead and steer discussions assertively, including in challenging situations

  • Monitor service delivery performance and ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, budgets, and regulations. Review and validate reporting and forecasting (e.g., homes passed, quality metrics, planning)

  • Analyze operational data and translate it into actionable insights

  • Ensure adherence to financial frameworks and contractual agreements

  • Coordinate and oversee administrative processes related to reporting, validation, and tools

  • Maintain balance between operational follow-up and stakeholder engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., communications) in case of escalations

  • Identify structural issues and propose optimization initiatives

  • Support continuous improvement programs focused on TCO and customer experience

  • Contribute to the development of new processes, guidelines, and contracts

  • Capture feedback from partners and internal stakeholders and convert it into improvement actions

Job requirements

What we're looking for

We seek a visionary leader with a background in Telecommunications or Engineering, adept at managing complex partner relationships and enhancing service delivery.

  • Master's degree in Telecom, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service delivery or partner management.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Proven experience with external stakeholders like contractors and municipalities.

  • Resilient under pressure, with excellent multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
