Key responsibilities

• Investigate daily operational challenges in Fiber & Coax installations and translate insights into lasting improvements.

• Collaborate closely with external contractors, follow up on escalations, and engage in high-level discussions up to the COO/CEO level.

• Develop, implement, and ensure real-world effectiveness of process improvements.

• Reduce team firefighting load by structuring workloads and clarifying processes.

• Maintain strategic oversight while addressing details, and act as a pivotal link between processes, operations, and customer impact.

What we're looking for

We seek an experienced professional ready to take on a hands-on role to drive meaningful change.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in service delivery, operations, or process implementation

• Proven track record in hands-on process implementation

• Ability to structure chaotic environments

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills

• Technical bachelor/master or equivalent experience

• Understanding of telco installation flows; Fiber knowledge is a plus

• High stress tolerance and strong decision-making skills
