About the role

As a Signal Processing Engineer you work in the sensor development team to design, develop, and validate the features of our radar processing algorithms. Your work will play an integral part in pushing the boundaries of what's possible in robot automation, focused on object tracking, environmental modelling and sensor fusion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop dedicated radar algorithms for object tracking and classification.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, architecture, and validation methods.

• Develop tools and data visualization techniques for performance insights.

• Conduct thorough testing of algorithms using real-world data.

• Document algorithm designs and testing procedures, and create detailed API documentation.

• Support integration and evaluation of test results, driving the resolution of technical issues.

What we're looking for

We are seeking an assertive engineer with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Master’s with 5-7y experience or PhD in electrical/robotics engineering, signal processing or physics.

Experience in algorithm/software development for radar or sensor applications - Time of Flight, LiDar systems.

Proficiency in statistical concepts and data interpretation (linear and logistic regression, Bayesian techniques).

Experience with RF signature recognition and classification algorithms.

Skills in computational imaging and C/C++ programming with RTOS & Git or SNV of algorithms and firmware.

Strong English communication skills, Chinese nice to have.
