Site Coordinator

Join our team as a Site Coordinator within the Limburg region! We're seeking a professional to oversee project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and progress from start to finish.

About the role

As a Site Coordinator, your daily presence on site will ensure excellence in quality, safety, and project advancement. You'll lead and manage contractors, organize site meetings, and effectively navigate stakeholder management with contractors, municipal technical services, utility companies, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project execution from start to finish, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and quality standards.

• Safeguard quality, safety, and progress through consistent daily on-site supervision.

• Coordinate and oversee contractors, ensuring performance, compliance, and timely delivery.

• Organize and participate in site meetings, driving clear actions and follow-up.

• Plan daily and weekly activities efficiently to optimize workflow and resources.

• Handle digital administration and project dossiers using tools such as Smart Work.

• Verify work statements and documentation for accurate handover to the aftercare team.

• Maintain daily contact with contractors, resolving issues quickly and effectively.

• Collaborate within the regional team and report to the Team Lead Site Coordinators.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience as a site coordinator, construction coordinator, project manager, or a similar role in the utility sector.

• Strong administrative skills and digital proficiency.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

• Independent work ethic with a sense of ownership.

• Coordination and management of contractors.

• Assertive communication skills.

• Speaking Dutch on a professional level.

  Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with fiber/coax infrastructure.

• Experience with water, electricity, gas, or other utilities.

• Familiarity with tools like Marlin, Smart Work, and TenForce.

• Experience in matrix teams or project environments.
