About the role

As a Technicien en Industrialisation, you will play a crucial role in analyzing parts for industrialization, overseeing pilot lots production, and providing technical support to manufacturers to ensure accurate plan interpretation and reliable processes.

Key responsibilities

- Analyze parts and perform necessary technological cuttings.

- Launch and monitor pilot lots with various IN and OUT manufacturers.

- Provide technical support to ensure precise plan interpretations.

- Analyze pilot lot measurements and initiate corrective actions.

- Manage pilot lots through thermal and surface treatments to the final stage.

- Optimize manufacturing processes and make necessary adjustments to pilot parts.

What we're looking for

We are seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of industrialization processes and technical drawing. You should be skilled in:

- Bachelor's degree in electromechanics or industrial design, or equivalent experience.

- Experience as a draftsman with a technical profile.

- Familiarity with production techniques and global technology such as FMP, Forge, MIM.

- Proficient in ISO dimensioning plans interpretation.

- Knowledge of metrology and measurement techniques.

- Ability to create operational range primitives and production tooling plans.

- Skills in cost estimation for components and investments.

- Proficient in Office Suite and relevant company software.

- PDM knowledge is an asset.

- Strong analytical skills, methodical, reliable, and team player.

- Operational proficiency in English and French.
