About the role

As a Transmission Controls Engineer, you'll be instrumental in developing standardized methods, tools, and processes for all projects. Working with Model-Based Development (MBD) using Simulink, your role includes Autosar integration, Controls software integration, testing frameworks, continuous integration, and more. Your goal will be to develop, roll out, and utilize software tools and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Simulink models for Autosar integration

• Develop Controls software for integration and testing, adhering to industry standards

• Innovate continuous integration, software generation, and build & release processes

• Advocate and create automation and processes in Controls development

• Enhance tools to aid in code generation and ISO, ASPICE, AUTOSAR compliance

What we're looking for

We seek a dynamic individual with a profound understanding of model-based design and embedded software engineering in an automotive context.

• Master or PhD in Automotive, Mechatronics, Controls, Electrical Engineering or similar

• 3+ years of professional work experience

• Experience with Simulink, Stateflow, EmbeddedCoder, AUTOSAR, ISO26262, ASPICE

• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, PERL, Java)

• Experience with C/C++, makefiles, toolchain-based processes, and embedded systems design

• Practical with Target Language Compiler (TLC) is a strong plus

• Strong methodology in development and problem-solving, with organized, analytical and communication skills
