Computer Scientist - Python and SQL Programmer

About the role

As a Computer Scientist at VeroTech, you will play a critical role in refining Python analysis scripts, consolidating large sets of JSON files into efficient databases, and generating graph-rich reports. You will be responsible for embedding new APIs into our current Qt/Python application, thus enhancing functionality and performance across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize and fix Python scripts used to analyze production data, particularly resolving issues with die location measurement within wafers.

• Design and implement structured databases using SQL or Parquet files to store and efficiently query large datasets.

• Generate comprehensive graphical reports to showcase key insights from production data.

• Integrate analytical and reporting functionalities into an existing Qt-based software via API.

• Ensure high-speed data retrieval and query capabilities for large datasets.

What we're looking for

We seek a technically adept professional ready to tackle complex challenges and drive innovation.

• Advanced proficiency in Python programming

• Experience in data mining and SQL

• Familiarity with JSL is considered a plus

• Understanding of machine learning and embedded software

• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
