About the role

You will connect with multidisciplinary teams to define, implement, and follow technical solutions tailored to meet stringent Defense requirements. This involves everything from system architecture design, feasibility analysis, integration, and validation.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and support to project teams in defining and developing electronic systems.

  • Manage project modules, including planning, reporting, and coordination of technical exchanges with stakeholders.

  • Conduct design reviews and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive technical solutions.

  • Support product development, from needs analysis to architecture definition and prototype testing.

  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to maintain project alignment and specifications.

Job requirements

What we're looking for

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Architect with a strong background in system design and project management.

  • Engineering degree in Electronics.

  • 3-5 years of experience in electronic systems design.

  • Experience in systems architecture and engineering management is an asset.

  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.

  • Proactive, autonomous, and able to manage technical projects within budget and timeline constraints.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and team-oriented skills.

  • Availability for short-term missions in Belgium and abroad.

  • Leadership and management capabilities to functionally lead development teams.
