Lithography Process Engineer

About the role

As a Lithography Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the lithography process landscape. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you will create and refine recipes for exposure and conduct post-litho metrology, all while supporting various integration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Set up litho processes on different scanners.

• Create and measure exposure and post-litho metrology recipes.

• Support multiple integration projects.

• Document procedures and insights for the litho group and other relevant divisions.

What we're looking for

We're seeking an engineer with passion and precision to join our team.

• Master’s degree in material science, electronics, or physics.

• 1–3 years of experience in a lab or cleanroom.

• Semiconductor manufacturing experience, with lithography knowledge preferred.

• Strong team player that positively influences and engages colleagues.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
