About the role

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of industrial projects, providing support to various project managers and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will define initial project baselines, identify potential bottlenecks, and set priorities. Your responsibility will include analyzing financial data using Earned Value Management, consolidating the project portfolio's financial figures, and managing risks and opportunities at the portfolio level.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a set of industrial development projects in line with company strategy.

• Support project managers and oversee project alignment with strategic objectives.

• Define project baselines and set priorities as needed.

• Analyze financial figures monthly and ensure alignment with project progress.

• Consolidate project financials and manage resources effectively.

• Implement risk management and define key performance indicators for reporting.

What we're looking for

We are seeking an experienced Project Portfolio Manager with a master's degree in engineering or business administration and at least 10 years of experience in project or portfolio management in a high-tech environment. Ideal candidates are proactive leaders with strong communication skills and financial analysis expertise.

• Minimum 10 years of project/portfolio management experience.

• Leadership skills with a proactive and business-oriented mindset.

• Experience in an international company; PMP or IPMA certification is a plus.

• Strong communication and financial analysis skills.

• Ability to think outside the box and work collaboratively in matrix teams.

• Fluency in French and English.

• Defense sector knowledge is an asset.
