About the role

As an R&D engineer, you undergo training on key inspection tools, including optical inspection tools, SEM review, and ebeam inspection. Your expertise is pivotal in supporting our resist/material partners onsite, ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of our high-tech inspection processes.

Key responsibilities

• Undergo training on advanced inspection tools.

• Provide onsite support to resist/material partners.

• Collaborate closely with partners and customers in complex environments.

• Maintain effective communication and adapt to changing project needs.

What we're looking for

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a solid foundation in applied sciences, material engineering, or electronics. Ideal candidates:

• A Master's degree in applied sciences, material engineering, or electronics.

• Experienced or interested in metrology/inspection within high-tech cleanroom environments.

• Skilled in navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Flexible and adept at managing ambiguity.

• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
