About the role

As a Scrum Master, you will animate scrum ceremonies, ensure the application of the Agile/Scrum framework, and monitor key KPIs and velocity. You'll excel at removing obstacles and facilitating collaboration within teams. Your coaching skills will be crucial in raising awareness of Agile practices, supporting Product Owners, enhancing team autonomy, and tailoring best practices to fit various contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Vibrantly lead and facilitate scrum ceremonies.

• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum principles.

• Track velocity and key performance indicators.

• Remove impediments and foster team collaboration.

• Advocate for Agile practices and support the Product Owner.

• Strengthen team autonomy and adapt best practices to specific needs.

• Guarantee quality deliverables and analyze key metrics.

• Implement improvement actions and promote feedback culture.

• Maintain project transparency and align team with product vision.

What we're looking for
